As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:. . . Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates, but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines. . Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar. . Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role. . Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments. . Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines. . Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates. . Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment. . . Experience: . . . 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. . Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up. . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. . .
