Familiarity with Project Management (Predictive, Hybrid) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) best practices.. . Facilitate team workshops and Agile ceremonies, such as User Story Mapping, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.. . Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.. . Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering team members only.. . Planning, organizing, and coordinating Agile projects from initiation to completion. . . Requirements:. . . 3+ years of experience as a project manager.. . Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.. . Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).. . Working knowledge of project management approaches (Predictive/Waterfall, and Hybrid).. . Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.. . Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.. . Experience facilitating workshops like user story mapping.. . Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish.. . Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress.. . Clear and effective communication and coordination skills.. . . . Compensation:. . . The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.. .
