Are you the professional we are looking for?. . Key responsibilities. . . Lead capture and prospecting. . Search accounts, identify the main points of contact, and generate interest.. . Prospect new deals, open market to Account Executives. . Contacting potential clients through calls, both warm and cold, and emails. . Communicate our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers. . Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. . Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. . Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns. . Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers. . Data entry of prospect and contact data in the CRM database. . Engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests. . Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them. . Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals. . Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time. . Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members. . Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement. . Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies. . . Key Qualifications. . . Full English proficiency. is essential. . 1-2 years . technology staff augmentation. sales work experience or 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.. .
