What You’ll Do  . . Delivery Ownership. . . Own end-to-end delivery for a client project. . Ensure predictable delivery across scope, timeline, quality, and risks. . Apply Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches pragmatically based on context. . Maintain and adjust delivery processes in partnership with Tech Leads. . Track and act on delivery metrics (predictability, throughput, quality, risks). . . Client & Stakeholder Management. . . Act as the primary delivery point of contact for the client. . Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders. . Lead QBRs when applicable; ensure clear and transparent delivery reporting. . Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and build long-term trust. . Communicate with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders (mid-size companies). . . Financial Accountability. . . Own project-level financial performance (revenue and gross margin). . Control delivery margin and cost efficiency. . Prepare forecasts and monitor financial health. . Own revenue and margin targets for the account. . . Team Leadership. . . Participate in team composition and onboarding. . Conduct 1:1s with team members when needed for delivery and project purposes. . Provide structured feedback for performance reviews. . Create a stable, calm, and delivery-focused team environment. . . Risk & Dependency Management. . . Identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks. . Manage dependencies within the project and across program streams if applicable. . Escalate proactively with clear data and options. . . AI & Digital Enablement. . . Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for delivery management activities. . Actively integrate AI-driven improvements into SDLC processes to improve efficiency and quality. . Advise clients on AI-assisted delivery practices (nice to have). . . What You Bring  . . . Strong experience in delivery management within software development outsourcing. . Proven ownership mindset – accountable for outcomes, not just execution. . Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid). . Experience working with distributed engineering teams. . Ability to work independently and make balanced decisions. . Calm, non-conflict communication style, especially under pressure. . Data-driven approach to decision-making and delivery management. . Financial awareness: margin control, forecasting, revenue ownership. . Practical, pragmatic mindset – knows when change adds value and when it doesn’t. . . Nice to have . . . Scrum certification. . Experience integrating AI into SDLC processes. . Client-facing advisory experience. . Participation in presales or upsales activities. . . English level . . Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate. .
