We are seeking a high-potential . VP of FP&A; Finance & Revenue Operations. to help shape the next phase of growth for a global, PE-backed SaaS company in fintech/lending automation. This is a forward-looking, strategic finance and operations role reporting directly to the CEO, spanning FP&A;, revenue operations, and operating cadence. You will partner with executive leadership, private equity sponsors, and functional leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and informed decision-making.. .  . . Key Responsibilities . . . Own company-wide FP&A; including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning. . Build operating models (ARR, bookings, pipeline, burn, headcount, cash). . Partner with the CEO on strategy, scenario modeling, and capital allocation. . Prepare Board and investor materials. . Lead Revenue Operations including forecasting, territory planning, and GTM analytics. . Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on efficiency & unit economics. . Support M&A; diligence and integration planning. . Drive cost optimization across a global organization. . .  . . Who You Are Key. . . 7–12 years finance experience (SaaS preferred). . Strong FP&A; and modeling background. . Exposure to PE-backed environments and/or M&A. . Operator mindset with executive presence. . Comfortable in ambiguity and building structure. . .  . .
