Sales Strategy and Program Manage. r functions as a key cross-functional support partner for SVP, Sales, concentrating on communication, project execution, and accountability—the last mile of execution. This individual serves as the connective tissue among the Sales SVP, managers, VPs, and the broader sales team, ensuring that strategic initiatives are successfully aligned and implemented. . . Unlike a traditional Sales Operations role focused on tools and data, this position focuses on the people, projects, and communication required to translate sales leadership decisions into completed actions.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Communication Bridge: Draft and manage team-wide communications, including all-hands meetings and weekly updates; cascade sales leadership directives and manage upward reporting . . "Last Mile" Project Execution: Take full ownership of driving special projects—such as new sales initiatives or programs—to successful completion.. . Follow-ups & Accountability: Track action items from leadership meetings to ensure progress on all strategic projects and Sales OKRs.. .
