As our Front-End Engineer, you will own the user interface and client-side logic of our application. You will work closely with our Full-Stack and AI engineers to bring complex workflows—such as pipeline tracking, real-time messaging, and data visualization—to life.. Responsibilities:. . . Develop and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.. . Build interactive UI components for complex user journeys, such as drag-and-drop workflow trackers, calendar/scheduling interfaces, and talent profiles.. . Implement intuitive data visualization dashboards displaying operational metrics and business intelligence for different user types (clients, internal staff, and talent).. . Consume RESTful APIs to integrate real-time communication and third-party services into the user-facing application.. . Ensure a seamless, accessible, and high-performance user experience across all devices.. . Collaborate using GitHub, participating in code reviews and agile sprints to meet tight feature delivery deadlines.. . . Requirements:. . . 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.. . Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components).. . Experience handling complex state management and consuming APIs.. . Familiarity with building data-heavy dashboards and interactive tools (charts, tables, scheduling views) is a plus.. . Solid understanding of Git/GitHub version control workflows.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.. . . . Compensation:. . . The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.. .
