Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver cohesive user experiences..  . . . . Ensure performance, accessibility, and reliability of frontend applications across environments..  . . . . Contribute to component library development and design system adoption, including MUI-based implementations..  . . . . Define and follow frontend architecture best practices, code standards, and review processes..  . . . . Contribute to system observability, error monitoring, and debugging practices..  . . . . Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs..  . . .  . . What You Bring.  . . . 5+ years of experience in frontend development..  . . . . Strong proficiency in React and Next.js, with TypeScript as a first-class requirement..  . . . . Hands-on experience implementing enterprise authentication flows using Azure AD (MSAL) and NextAuth for session management..  . . . . Familiarity with component-driven development and design system principles..  . . . . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams..  . . . .
