About the Role. . We are looking for a Business Architect to join our Business Consulting Practice. Someone who lights up in a client workshop, loves untangling a messy business process, and builds trust with stakeholders through curiosity and follow-through.. . This is not a developer role, and it is not a platform expert role. It is a consulting role. We want someone who has spent the last few years running discovery sessions, leading workshops, and helping clients understand their own business better. You might have done this on Salesforce, on another CRM or quote-to-cash platform. What matters most is how you work with people and how you think about business problems.. . You will receive a structured onboarding ramp on Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) when you join. The right person treats that ramp as an opportunity, not a detour.. . Travel is part of this role. Expect to be onsite with clients a few times per quarter for workshops, kickoffs, and key sessions. You should be energized by that, not reluctant.. . Key Responsibilities. . . Facilitate business process workshops and discovery sessions; agenda, facilitation, synthesis, and follow-up. . Lead journey mapping, current-state / future-state walkthroughs, and stakeholder interviews. . Translate business conversations into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation. . Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through consistent follow-through and genuine curiosity about their business. . Travel onsite a few times per quarter for workshops, kickoffs, and key delivery milestones. . Partner with Technical Leads to hand off clean, well-documented functional specs. You own the what and why, they own the how. . Present options to business stakeholders in plain language, not platform jargon. . Contribute to internal delivery assets like templates, playbooks, and process standards. . . Qualifications. . . 3–5 years of experience in a consulting, professional services, or SI environment with meaningful client-facing delivery. . Demonstrated experience running workshops, discovery sessions, or facilitated working sessions with business stakeholders. Ability to create visually appealing and compelling presentations and readouts.. . Comfortable with business process work; journey mapping, current-state documentation, gap analysis, requirements gathering. . Experience on Salesforce (any cloud), Apttus/Conga CPQ, Zuora, or similar platforms are welcome where the consulting fundamentals are strong. . Strong communicator who can hold a room without being the loudest person in it.  You listen well and ask the right follow-up questions. . Able and willing to travel onsite a few times per quarter. . Experience producing functional artifacts; user stories, process flows, meeting summaries, requirements docs. . Salesforce certifications are a positive signal but not a requirement; consulting ability and workshop experience come first. . Exposure to subscription, SaaS, or recurring revenue business models is a plus. . ARM experience is welcomed but absolutely not required. We will train the right person. . . What We Value. . . Genuine curiosity about how clients’ businesses work and what’s getting in the way. . Energy in a room. You make workshops productive and stakeholders feel heard. . Follow-through.  You do what you said you’d do, and you flag early when something’s off. . A tour guide mindset: you lead clients toward better outcomes rather than simply taking requests. . Openness to learning. You’re not threatened by a platform ramp; you’re energized by it. . . Our Core Values in Action. . . Collaboration — working across stakeholders, teammates, and partners to drive value in every interaction. . Creativity — bringing fresh thinking to how we solve problems, work together, and deliver for clients. . Trust — operating with openness, ethics, and integrity in every engagement. .
