This is a client- and candidate-facing recruitment role. You will help evaluate candidates, understand their motivations, communicate opportunities clearly, and support them through the hiring process.. . You will also act as a recruitment consultant to clients by helping clarify role requirements, identify market challenges, and provide practical hiring feedback.. . This is not a resume-forwarding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, and influence hiring outcomes.. . Responsibilities. . . Recruit for U.S.-based healthcare roles, including clinical, leadership, and operations positions. . Review and assess candidate applications with the support of AI-enabled tools. . Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls. . Understand candidate motivation, compensation expectations, career goals, and potential fit. . Present opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates. . Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process. . Communicate with clients regarding candidate fit, role requirements, and hiring feedback. . Provide market insights based on candidate conversations and recruitment activity. . Maintain accurate candidate and client communication in the ATS/CRM. . Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, organization, and communication quality. . . Requirements. . . 2+ years of recruitment experience. . Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. . Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets preferred. . Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred. . Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally. . Strong judgment when evaluating candidate fit beyond the resume. . Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active roles. . Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and AI-supported tools. . . Nice to Have. . . Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, or healthcare management professionals. . Experience in agency recruitment. . Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms. . Experience supporting direct hire, contract, or project-based recruitment. . . What We Offer. . .
