Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). . Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. . Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries. . Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. . Assist with payroll coordination and financial documentation. . Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. . Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial policies. . Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation. . Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. . Identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities. . Support budgeting and forecasting activities. . Create financial dashboards and management reports. . Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making. . Monitor KPIs and provide actionable business insights. . Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed. . . Requirements:. . . . 6+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles. . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. .
