Senior Paralegal with strong PERM case experience. to manage high-volume labor certification cases in a fully remote environment. The Senior Paralegal will independently analyze information and documents and prepare/compile immigration casework for attorney review. The Senior Paralegal will also handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status.. . What you’ll do:. . . Manage . high-volume PERM cases. end-to-end. . Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.. . Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of . PERM. casework.. . Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner. . Communicate with . clients and foreign nationals. . Track case progress using Envoy technology. . Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.. . Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.. . Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.. . .  . . What you bring:. . . 5–6+ . years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions with a.  . PERM focus. . Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. . Experience handling . large caseloads independently. . Excellent communication skills. . Proficiency with . MS Office and case management systems. . Experience in communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals . regarding.  case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients.  . .
