As an HR Associate at Frontier, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.. . This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and capable of independently managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced remote environment. You'll play a critical role in helping Frontier identify, attract, and hire top talent for our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality and candidate experience.. . Key Responsibilities. . As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:. . . Drive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.. . Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines.. . Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar.. . Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.. . Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.. . Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines.. . Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.. . Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders.. . Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.. . Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages. . . Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.. . . Requirements. . . 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields.. . Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.. . Analytical and process-oriented mindset.. . Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up.. . Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.. . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.. . Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.. . Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.. . Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.. . . Compensation & Benefits. . . Competitive Monthly Salary: $550-$700 (based on experience). . Full-time remote . role starting as soon as the right candidate is found.. . Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST). .
