Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. . Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions. . Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes. . Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities. . Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes. . Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts. . Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams. . Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards. . Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality. . . What You Bring. . . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. . MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset. . Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. . Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools. . Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products. . Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM.. . Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP & FINREP, LCR & NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting.. . Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management.. . Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.. . . Nice to have. . . Previous experience with AXIOMSL solutions. . Previous experience supporting Capital Markets platforms and regulatory initiatives. . CBAP or similar Business Analysis certifications. . Experience within highly regulated banking environments. . Knowledge of enterprise data governance practices. . . Language level. . Advanced English Proficiency.
