This role is ideal for a RCIC licensed immigration professional who enjoys complex casework and client-facing advisory responsibilities.. . What You’ll Do. . . Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases. . Prepare and submit compliant applications for: . . Work Permits (GTS & Regular LMIAs, ICTs, C10/16/20, FTAs). . Permanent Residence (Express Entry, PNPs, Quebec-related PR processes ). . Employer compliance (IMP audits, program reviews, disclosures). . . . Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks. . Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. . Ensure compliance with . IRCC, ESDC,. requirements. . . What We’re Looking For. . . . Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) . . . Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body. . 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience. . Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs (if applicable). . Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases. .
