The Director, Patient Services Site of Care Strategy will support the development and execution of the Patient Services site of care strategy to drive the successful commercial launch of DT120, working closely with Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, and cross-functional commercial teams to align with corporate goals. This role will drive site of care (SOC) engagement strategy across onboarding, treatment preparation, all aspects of REMS, and ongoing support, while ensuring all initiatives meet stringent regulatory standards (e.g., FDA). This role is responsible for the strategy creation and ensuring that Definium field teams are set up for success as they engage with sites of care. . . . Responsibilities:. . . . Develop and execute site of care engagement strategies to support the successful launch and commercialization of DT120. . . Develop treatment center readiness strategies, onboarding programs, and operational playbooks to ensure sites are prepared to safely and efficiently deliver DT120. . Support development and implementation of potential REMS For DT120 via partnership with Compliance and other internal and external partners . . . Design workflows supporting referral intake, scheduling, product procurement, treatment-day operations, REMS compliance, and post-treatment coordination. . . Create overall SOC journey supporting positive engagement from engagement through post-treatment needs with a focus on the site’s operational and REMS needs. . . Translate strategy into Patient Services system requirements . . . . Develop treatment center education, onboarding resources, operational guides, and best practices to support successful implementation. . . Identify operational barriers experienced by treatment centers and develop scalable solutions that improve efficiency and patient experience. . Collect treatment center feedback and translate operational insights into continuous improvements for Patient Services strategy, workflows, and technology. . Create internal training materials ensuring that all SOC facing teams have the required expertise on DT120, REMS, and Definium Patient Services . . . Support SOC with ongoing REMS related education and compliance needs. . . Manage team of direct reports driving both team culture and overall success . . . Work across PS teams to support overall patient and customer journey. . . Drive overly department culture as member of Patient Services Leadership Team . . . Utilize data and analytics to drive departmental, program, and patient success. . . Oversee the promotional review process (MLR/PRC) to ensure all patient-facing marketing materials are compliant with regulatory requirements. . . Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access partners, and cross-functional commercial teams to align engagement strategies with broader business objectives. . . Partner with internal teams supporting ongoing REMS strategy and management . . . Translate market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen engagement, differentiation, and launch readiness. . . . Qualifications. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. . . Minimum 10 years industry related experience required. . . Minimum 5 years Patient Services experience required . . . Significant understanding of PS compliance and legal guidelines required . . . Significant Experience with REMS strategies, compliance, and support offerings required. . . Significant experience with external customers including but not limited to infusion centers, specialty providers, treatment center operations, provider onboarding, provider education. . . Understanding of internal and external material creation process (i.e., PRC). . . Experience with Patient Services CRM systems preferred . . . Skilled in cross-functional collaboration; intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, and effective at communicating and socializing strategic recommendations. . . Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market required. . . Experience in CNS / psychiatry, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex treatment categories preferred. . . Ability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and customer data into actionable strategies. . . Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior, cross-functional, and agency stakeholders. . . Ability to travel as required; average 10–20%, with higher travel during key launch periods. . . . The starting base pay range for this position is $180,000-$235,000, with compensation determined based on several factors including skill set, years of experience, and geographic location.. . .
