Process roughly 440 items or more per 8-hour shift following standardized processes (using gaming mice, hot keys, screen layout, workflow, etc.) to achieve the best customer experience and remain compliant. . Verify contact lens prescriptions. by processing inbound images from customers and eye care providers. . Respond to emails and text messages from customers regarding their prescriptions. . Advise customers regarding any order adjustments. . Interact directly with customers through email, text messages and sometimes via the phone. .
