SAP FI System Lead. with subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, and their integration with other modules such as Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting solutions, ensuring they align with client business structures and financial accounting principles.. . This role will involve leading workshops, managing configuration tasks, reviewing documentation, and ensuring quality assurance for the work delivered by the team. As an SAP FI System Lead, you will also manage stakeholder relationships, support project delivery using both agile and waterfall methodologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP Best Practices.. . What you bring. . . Essential Experience:. . . Extensive experience with . SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.  modules (GL, AA, AR, AP, Bank Accounting), including deep knowledge of financial accounting principles and integration with other SAP modules (Controlling, MM, SD).. . Proven experience in . designing SAP enterprise structures.  and aligning them with client’s business models.. . Strong experience in leading . fit-to-standard workshops.  and translating business requirements into functional designs.. . Hands-on experience in the . configuration.  and . implementation.  of SAP S/4HANA FI modules across the full project lifecycle.. . Experience working within . agile.  and . waterfall.  project methodologies, with a strong understanding of . project governance. .. . . . Soft Skills:. . . Strong . communication skills. , both written and oral, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues (onshore and offshore).. .
