As Ridgeline’s Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in articulating the value of our platform to key market segments, including institutional investors and wealth managers. You’ll be responsible for developing persona-driven messaging frameworks, leading strategic cross-functional initiatives, and partnering closely with Product Management to influence roadmap communications and launch strategies. This role is central to driving awareness, adoption, and expansion in a fast-evolving fintech space. You’ll also leverage cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT to enhance messaging clarity, streamline content creation, and stay agile in a high-velocity environment.. . What will you do?.  . . . Develop and refine solution and product messaging that clearly communicates Ridgeline’s value to current and prospective customers across segments. . Create, manage, and evolve persona-based messaging frameworks to ensure resonance across all go-to-market channels and buyer stages. . Support go-to-market enablement by contributing to and maintaining a suite of market-facing materials. . Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Product Management and Product Strategy, working closely to shape roadmap communications, inform product strategy with market insights, and support go-to-market planning for new features, SKUs, and platform capabilities. . Lead cross-functional initiatives such as campaign planning, content development, and sales enablement to amplify product value. . Apply deep understanding of the investment management industry to gather and analyze competitive intelligence, and identify emerging trends to expand Ridgeline’s total addressable market. . Partner with Sales, Content, Brand, and Demand Generation to tailor messaging and drive the successful adoption of new features and solutions. . Develop and own collateral including buyer guides, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web content that highlights product differentiation and business value. . Track and report the performance of product marketing strategies against key metrics and business goals, optimizing for greater impact. . . Desired Skills and Experience. . . 5+ years in product marketing roles, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or investment management technology environments. . Proven ability to build and implement persona frameworks, messaging architectures, and go-to-market strategies. . Strong experience collaborating closely with Product teams to influence roadmap, positioning, and feature prioritization. . Deep understanding of the investment management industry, client workflows, and buyer personas. . Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills; writing samples may be requested. . Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion. . Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Figma, and Google Analytics. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. . Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain/problem space.. . An aptitude for problem solving. . Ability to communicate effectively. . Serious interest in having fun at work. . . Bonus. . . Experience in the investment management industry. . Compensation and Benefits . . The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $165,000 - $192,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above. . .
