We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Level I IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our employees. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and contributing to the overall productivity of our staff.. . This role requires in-office presence on a hybrid basis in our Denver, CO location.. . Your Mission:. As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:. . . First-Level Technical Support: . Provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues across Mac and PC hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for employees.. . Ticket Management: . Manage and respond to IT support tickets through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of all technical issues and solutions.. . System and Application Support: . Assist employees with the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and more.. . User and Access Management: . Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, including onboarding and offboarding of employees with the appropriate IT resources.. . Software & Equipment Maintenance: . Install, configure, and routinely update software applications, operating systems, and IT hardware to ensure all systems run smoothly and securely.. . Collaboration & Escalation: . Work alongside other IT team members to resolve complex issues and continuously improve IT support processes.. . Documentation: . Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for internal procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles to enhance IT team efficiency.. . Customer Service: .
