Senior Program Manager –  Product Delivery & Partnerships . . As we expand our product footprint and deliver on ambitious compute partnerships, we're hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution across supply chain, manufacturing, internal operations, and partner delivery.. . Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:. . Program Management of the product Value Chain. . . Supply Chain: Align vendor and component timelines with program needs and factory schedules. Drive sourcing decisions, part substitutions, and qualification timelines in coordination with Engineering and Supply Chain. Track long-lead risk, manage escalations, and enforce readiness gates.. . Manufacturing: Coordinate BOM changes, NPI rollout, rack-level integration, and build validation. Own visibility into build progress, QA results, and delivery timing across contract manufacturers. Track the resolution of issues related to DOAs, factory test failures, and rework.. . Internal Operations: Create and manage integrated delivery calendars across hardware, infra, logistics, finance, and commercial ops. Build lightweight, transparent systems to align cross-functional priorities and surface blockers. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support product life cycle activities, including implementation of professional services.. . Compute Partnerships: Translate commercial agreements into actionable delivery programs with clear milestones, owners, and operational requirements. Coordinate across Engineering, product, and Operations for customer onboarding, SLA configuration, and telemetry readiness. Ensure product delivery meets contract commitments and customer expectations. Interact via professional services to our most important customers to deliver deliverables.. . . Be a great partner. . . Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, supply chain, hardware teams, and external partners to ensure hardware readiness aligns with downstream supply chain and deployment plans.. . Coordinate NPI handoffs, test coverage, and qualification timelines.. . Drive delivery accountability in areas that lack clear product ownership — aligning technical inputs to business outputs.. . Help things work better. . Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to leadership and stakeholders. . Clarify ambiguity across programs — aligning teams on goals, scope, and delivery plans.. . Develop program dashboards, decision logs, and cadence structures to maintain execution momentum.. . Lead risk reviews and executive updates, surfacing key decisions and tradeoffs across delivery streams.. . Develop and implement product life cycle governance processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. . Develop and implement metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product life cycle performance and drive continuous improvement.. . . Ideal candidates have/are:. . . 15+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs in start-up and enterprise environments.. . Experience in Professional Services with customers.. . Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, especially within fast-growing startups or high-performance computing environments.. . Deep understanding of the supply chain lifecycle, vendor management, and hardware production.. . Experience with product development and professional services... . Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating technical risks into business impacts.. . Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.. . PMP, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.. .
