Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions, including firewalls, servers, networking, and cloud platforms.. . Advanced experience with Microsoft technologies, including:. . Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP. . Hyper-V, Azure AD, EntraID, O365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). . Email migration (e.g., on-prem to O365 using BitTitan or similar tools). . MDM platforms (Intune, MaaS360). . Familiarity with:. . VMWare ESXi, Nutanix Acropolis. . Networking hardware (Cisco, Dell), Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall), and WAPs (Meraki, Ubiquiti). . NAS storage (QNAP, Synology, Dell). . Experience using PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise) and RMM platforms (e.g., Automate, Kaseya) is preferred.. . . . . Leadership Qualifications. . .
