As the Senior Lead, Network Partnerships, you will be the primary strategic driver and owner of our network segment's growth and expansion. You will proactively identify, engage, and secure new network partners, and serve as the leading company representative in high-level discussions and negotiations (including compensation and planning) with network leaders at state, regional, or C-suite levels. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep strategic acumen, a proven ability to cultivate critical partnerships, and a focus on significant market development, working in close collaboration with the team that manages day-to-day account activities.. . Key Responsibilities:. . 1. Network Partnership Strategy, Development & Growth. . . Own the end-to-end strategy for expanding the network partner segment, including identifying key growth markets, evaluating new partnership models, and leading prospecting and acquisition efforts.. . Develop and execute strategic plans to drive significant market expansion through network partnerships, aligning with company-wide goals.. . Lead recruitment, onboarding, and integration for new network partners, ensuring strong foundations and long-term engagement.. . . 2. Strategic Engagement, Negotiation & Performance Management. . . Serve as the primary representative in high-level negotiations with network leaders (state, regional, and C-suite), covering compensation, planning, marketing, and service level agreements.. . Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective network partners through strategic business reviews and collaborative initiatives.. . Co-develop joint business plans with key partners, outlining shared goals, sales targets, marketing strategies, and resource allocation.. . Track and analyze partner performance (e.g., sales volume, product adoption, customer retention), proactively addressing gaps and implementing corrective actions.. . . 3. Sales Growth, Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration. . . Drive revenue growth by optimizing network partnerships and executing targeted sales initiatives.. . Monitor and report on sales performance, using data insights to inform strategy and share results with the Head of Sales & Distribution.. . Enhance operational efficiency with robust onboarding, relationship management, and sales tracking processes—leveraging CRM and analytics tools.. . Collaborate with the Senior Manager overseeing Account Managers to align on partnership goals and execution.. . Foster cross-functional alignment with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, underwriting) to support seamless partner experiences and maximize value delivery.. . . Qualifications:. . . 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on network development (e.g., networks, aggregators, agency clusters); experience in an agency setting is a plus.. . Proven success in executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.. . Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging state, regional, or senior-level leaders.. . In-depth knowledge of insurance products, distribution models, and trends—particularly within the network space.. . Skilled in CRM systems and data analytics tools; able to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.. . Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to assess partnership ROI.. . Compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional commissions.
