Work a focused ICP list. —segment prospects by persona, pain, and trigger events to maximize relevance.. . Partner with the BDR Manager to refine tactics. —review call recordings, practice objection-handling, and tweak sequences for higher reply and conversion rates.. . Share wins and lessons with the team. —post effective email templates, call snippets, objection responses, and data insights so everyone levels up together.. . Qualify every conversation. —confirm budget, authority, need, and timing; log clean notes in HubSpot.. . Book and hand off. intro calls to Account Executives, ensuring calendar hygiene and context.. . Align on 30-60-90-day goals with your manager and review live dashboards for activity, meetings, and pipeline.. .
