Experience:. . 3-7 years. of hands-on experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or fintech, with a JD degree and State Bar admission.. . Skills:. You’re a problem-solver with a strong understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP, state lending laws, payment regulations), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build compliance programs from the ground up. You thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.. . Tech-Savvy:. Bonus points if you have in-house experience at a fintech company or experience with consumer lending, payments, or banking products.. . Mindset:.
