As our Senior Director of Data and Analytics, you will lead and shape Seed’s data vision, strategy, and execution. You will partner with leaders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery. You will build and mentor a high-performing data team, define and scale our analytics frameworks, and advance a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.. . . 10+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions.. . Proven track record of building and scaling data teams and infrastructure in high-growth environments.. . Expertise in data strategy, architecture, and governance, with deep understanding of modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).. . Skilled in analytics methodologies, experimentation, and developing actionable business and scientific insights.. . Exceptional communication skills; able to translate complex data concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience in e-commerce, health tech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and improving human health through data.. . The annual pay range for this full-time position is $230k-$240k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
