We’re looking for a highly organised and visually driven Junior Project Operations Manager to join our Project Management Office. In this key role, you’ll partner with the Program Management Lead to streamline operations, standardise workflows, and ensure high-quality communication across the PMO and the organisation. You’ll play a central role in how we share progress, priorities, and strategic insights, delivering visuals and messaging that are clear, compelling, and boardroom-ready.. . Key Tasks. . . Collaborate with the Program Management Lead to support overall portfolio planning, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance.. . Drive the creation and continuous improvement of high-impact presentations and visual reporting for internal communications, senior leadership updates, and executive board briefings, translating complex program data into compelling formats that enhance decision-making, alignment, and visibility across KPIs, risks, and strategic progress.. . Shape and lead the PMO’s internal communication strategy, ensuring timely, consistent updates for stakeholders, including senior leadership.. . Design, maintain, and evolve PMO templates, frameworks, and communication strategies, driving continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and standards to enable consistent, efficient project delivery.. . Ensure consistent and expert use of Asana across projects and programs; serve as the go-to Asana expert within the PMO.. . Support the PMO team by maintaining awareness of ongoing initiatives and helping to keep teams organised and aligned.. . Continuously identify opportunities to improve PMO tools, workflows, and communication strategies.. . . . Skills & Expertise. . . You have a degree in project management, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.. . You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech company, start-up or similar).. . Proven experience with key project management practices such as creating detailed project plans, drafting project charters, and developing RACI matrices.. . Experience managing projects end to end, with a strong preference for successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.. . Strong communication and presentation design skills, with the ability to create polished, visually engaging content for senior and executive audiences, bringing a keen eye for layout, clarity, and storytelling.. . Strong relationship building, with the ability to engage, negotiate, influence, and collaborate across the organization.. . Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.. . Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.. . Proficiency with the MS Office suite as well as expert-level proficiency in Asana, with experience in structuring and managing cross-team projects and programs in the platform.. .
