We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Lead Stock Analyst to play an active role in the development and maintenance of Robinhood's employee equity programs. Reporting to the Manager of Stock Administration, the successful candidate will be a strong team player with an exceptional work ethic, capable of independent delivery. Maintain the integrity of the equity database and ensure accurate record keeping. . Manage the complete process for new equity grants, option exercises, and RSU releases. . Oversee all aspects of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), from enrollment to purchase. . Address inquiries and resolve issues for employees and partners. . Create and maintain internal equity compensation website content. . Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reconciliations, and address SOX audit requests. . Prepare and review Section 16 reports and form filings. . Review 10b5-1 trading plans and manage trading windows and trade clearances. . Lead the annual proxy process for equity reporting. . Assist with international expansion efforts and other ad hoc projects. . . What you bring . . . Minimum of 6 years of stock administration experience within a US public company. . Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and completeness. . Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize effectively. . Proficiency in Equity Edge Online. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams. . Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Suite applications. . Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation is preferred, or active progress toward certification is desirable.. . . Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
