The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, working closely with hiring managers to source and close candidates who are a great fit for our company and culture. They will focus on mid to senior level roles, managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet or exceed hiring goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent across our portfolio companies.. . Ensure high-quality hiring outcomes by consistently selecting and securing candidates who thrive in their roles, contributing to strong employee retention across supported companies.. . Proactively source and attract top talent through strategic outbound efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for key hiring needs.. . . Competencies. . . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. . 3+ years in a Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience in agency and in-house recruiting. . Experience recruiting for mid to senior level roles in a software or technology company, across different functions. . Experience driving the recruiting process by leveraging systems and data (ATS). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting tone and message to audience (from peers to executives). . . Preferred. . . Experience with pre-employment assessments. . Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in recruiting process and candidate selection.
