About the Position. We’re seeking a . strategic, execution-driven Senior Director of Product. to lead high-impact initiatives across Product Operations and Product Management, with a focus on . AI-enabled, customer-facing tools and platforms. . This is a . hands-on, senior individual contributor role. reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for driving execution, operational excellence, and product innovation—without direct people management responsibilities.. . You’ll work at the intersection of . AI, customer experience, and product delivery. , improving how our organization builds, scales, and delivers ML-powered features that drive measurable impact for our customers and users.. . What You’ll Do. . . Product Operations Leadership. . . Build and refine operational frameworks to support the delivery of AI-powered, customer-facing solutions.. . Define and optimize tooling, workflows, and reporting systems to drive transparency, velocity, and alignment across teams.. . Champion scalable practices for strategic prioritization, planning, and goal-setting using OKRs.. . Track product and operational metrics, including customer adoption, satisfaction, and AI/ML model performance.. . Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the product lifecycle, with a focus on AI model deployment, iteration, and user feedback loops.. . . Product Management Leadership. . . Partner with the CPO and product managers to shape roadmaps for high-impact, AI/ML-driven features.. . Translate customer insights and analytics into actionable strategies and new opportunities.. . Deliver features that enhance usability, personalization, and overall product value.. . Ensure AI/ML is thoughtfully embedded into user-facing workflows to maximize engagement and trust.. . Define product success metrics, lead experiments, and iterate quickly based on performance data.. . . Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence. . . Act as a strategic partner across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.. . Serve as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on priorities.. . Champion a culture of innovation, responsible AI practices, and evidence-driven product development.. . . . What You’ll Need. . . . Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.. . 7–10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or strategy, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.. . Proven success delivering . customer-facing, AI/ML-powered products. from concept to scale.. . Expertise in the AI/ML product lifecycle: data sourcing, model development, training, deployment, and continuous optimization.. . Experience in . digital health or healthcare technology. with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.. . Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer engagement workflows.. . Experience designing and scaling product operations systems, processes, and metrics.. .
