About the Role. . We’re looking for a . Copywriter. with 2–4 years of experience and a portfolio that shows bold thinking, sharp craft, and a willingness to swing big. You're not here to color inside the lines—you’re here to find the idea that cuts through.. . You think insight-first, not media-first. Whether it’s a brand platform, a TikTok script, a campaign headline, or an out-of-home stunt, you start from the truth of the idea and build from there. Concept and develop creative ideas across a wide range of DoorDash initiatives. . Collaborate with art directors, strategists, and producers to bring campaigns to life. . Write for a variety of surfaces—social, video, product, brand, and experiential. . Stay insight-driven while pushing creative boundaries. . Help shape ideas from brief to launch, no matter the medium. . Contribute to a culture of bold thinking, creative rigor, and mutual respect. . . Qualifications. . . 2–4 years of copywriting experience (agency or in-house). . A portfolio that shows bold, insight-led work across multiple formats. . A sharp, creative POV and the instincts to back it up. . Versatility in writing—from long-form to headlines to scripts. . Experience with digital, social, and integrated campaigns. . Production experience – film, experiential, social. . Comedy chops are a must – show us you can make people laugh. . Strong collaboration skills, comfort with feedback, and a desire to grow. . The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.. .
