What you’ll do. . . Elevate revenue and ARR forecasting accuracy, focusing on robust checks, improved version control, and increased transparency. . Build a high-performing, cohesive team through the development of individualized growth plans, leading to increased ownership of key FP&A processes. . Establish strategic partnership across GTM functions, evidenced by increased proactive engagement and joint strategic initiatives. . Successfully lead cross-functional planning cycles for Sales and RevOps related areas, ensuring alignment and clear financial ownership. . Implement new checks within the ARR model and collaborate with the team to outline a clear roadmap for ARR model enhancements, prioritizing critical needs for the next 6-12 months. . . You should have. . . 8+ years of experience in FP&A and 3+ years of people manager experience. . Experience in SaaS business models with scaling business leveraging a Sales-led motion. . Familiarity with typical B2B/SaaS sales lifecycle, KPIs, and conversion points. . Experience using FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite). . Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in interpreting complex financial data, forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and deriving insights from data to inform strategic decisions. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey goals and intentions in writing, explain solutions easily digestible by a wide audience, and confidently present to executive audiences. . Ability to translate financial goals into business and operational plans, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. . Mastery over Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides. . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.. .
