Benefits. | . Hear from the team. ✨ . We’re looking for an . Onboarding Manager. to help us scale and lead the strategy for our Business and Tech onboarding processes globally. This is a brand new position, expanding our ‘Onboarding & Community’ pillar, adding an additional role alongside our Onboarding and Community Associate. You’ll report directly into the Head of Culture and Engagement, and work closely with teams across the company to create a scalable, delightful and effective global onboarding journey that ensures we’re setting Monzonauts up for success from day one. Building from scratch. - Creating the strategy for what global onboarding at Monzo looks like, through a hybrid lens, across multiple entities. . . Process Improvement . - Identifying ways to create efficiencies in our current process.. . Hands on Facilitation. - Learning our current onboarding process end to end, and being able to co-facilitate cultural sessions, and leadership sessions when required. . . Creating engaging content. - adding to and reviewing our current materials to ensure all our materials are fit for purpose as we scale.. . Shaping our culture. – Helping to strengthen our company culture by ensuring Monzonauts are culturally immersed and integrated, wherever they’re hired.. . Collaborating across Monzo . - Working with stakeholders such as Hiring, TechOps and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment and consistency with our approach.. . Listening and learning. – Gathering feedback and using data to continuously improve and make decisions on what’s working, and what’s not.. . Future-proofing - . We want you to set the team up for success by building a scalable function which grows with Monzo. You have . led or been instrumental in establishing and scaling onboarding programs. in a fast-paced, high-growth, and . global environment.. . You have . 2+ years experience managing and leading a team . . You're . comfortable with facilitation. and creating interesting, innovative onboarding pathways to enhance learning.. . You're . proactive, full of ideas, and excited about building the next phase. of our onboarding strategy, iterating on current successes and developing new global approaches.. . You're used to . operating within a data-driven environment. to inform decisions and measure impact.. . You . thrive in dynamic environments. and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.. .
