We are searching for a . Warehouse & Logistics Analyst. based in . Scottsdale, AZ. . This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving warehouse metrics, dashboards, and data modeling to support the logistics and fulfillment teams. The Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate warehouse cost tracking and help guide strategy through reporting and insights.. . Essential Functions:. . . Develop, implement, and maintain FMIC’s Logistics & Fulfillment Dashboard/Control Tower to provide visibility across warehousing operations.. . Provide timely analytics and fact-based evaluations to support warehouse decision-making.. . Implement advanced reporting capabilities for real-time tracking of open orders and progress to plan.. . Support forecast accuracy and communicate updates with key stakeholders.. . Perform cost and performance analyses for both internal and third-party warehouse operations.. . Gather and organize warehouse execution and cost data to support business decisions.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Demand Planning, Transportation, and Operations.. . Maintain strong understanding of SAP-BW, Tableau, and warehouse management systems.. . Lead and contribute to special projects across the organization.. . Conduct velocity/capacity analyses and make recommendations for warehouse optimization.. . Provide inbound and outbound volume reporting to stakeholders.. . Additional duties as assigned.. . . Qualifications:. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (equivalent experience considered).. . 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.. . Experience with SAP/BW, Tableau, and Power Query Excel Add-in.. . Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and perform data analysis.. . Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.. . Experience with tier-1 warehouse management systems (Manhattan WMOS a plus).. . Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.. . May require occasional travel for projects or site visits.. . .  . . About Fender Musical Instruments:. .
