We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to own the pricing and packaging strategy across SurveyMonkey’s self-service and product-led growth (PLG) channels. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in SaaS monetization and a passion for using pricing as a strategic growth lever. You’ll lead initiatives that shape how we deliver and capture value—across individual, team, and global plans. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to develop, test, and operationalize pricing strategies that accelerate adoption, conversion, and revenue growth.. . What you’ll be working on. . . Define and execute pricing and packaging strategy for self-service and PLG channels. . Design and run experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve conversion, ARPU, and retention. . Drive customer and market research using tools like Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, and conjoint analysis to inform pricing decisions. . Own international pricing optimization, including market-specific sensitivity analysis, currency localization, and infrastructure requirements. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model business impact, align on GTM plans, and implement pricing changes across the product and billing stack. . . We’d love to hear from people with. . . 8+ years of total experience in Product Management, with at least 5+ years focused on B2B SaaS pricing and packaging. . Deep expertise in pricing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., value-based pricing, WTP analysis, segmentation strategies). . Experience working in self-service and PLG environments with a strong experimentation and data-driven mindset. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable pricing infrastructure and measurable impact. . Experience with international pricing best practices and implementation at scale. . Analytical fluency with tools such as SQL, Excel, and pricing research platforms. . Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, customer empathy, and product sensibility. . . The base pay provided for this position ranges from $202,300/ year - $238,000/ year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience..
