Play a pivotal role in guiding and developing a team of Project Managers while ensuring the successful execution of client projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project workflows, collaborating with various departments to align strategies, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with resource planning, problem-solving, and fostering strong relationships across the organization to adapt deliverables as needed, all while keeping senior management informed of project progress and financial performance.. . Be Accountable and Responsible. . . Supervise workflow, task management, and project direction, ensuring efficient execution from planning to maintenance. . Collaborate with Account Management and New Business teams to develop client strategies and project scopes. . Report on resource planning, utilization, and project profitability to senior management, providing regular updates on progress. . Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships to facilitate adjustments to deliverables and monitor project adherence to scope. . Lead contingency planning and problem resolution to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards. . Manage costs and hours for content development and external production, enforcing a rigorous internal approvals process. . Oversee testing processes and ensure quality standards for all projects while keeping the Department Director informed of developments. . Onboard new hires and train Program Management and other departments on agency processes. . Attend monthly financial revenue and forecasting meetings, approving estimates and budgets from direct reports. . Actively participate in status meetings and lead larger projects with multi-faceted initiatives. . Provide insights on process improvements and opportunities for tools/resources. . Ensure detailed records of projects are maintained, organized, and easily accessible. . Directly manage and mentor Project Managers, overseeing their daily responsibilities and development. . Lead recruitment and growth initiatives for the project management team while identifying necessary skills and resources for projects. . Mentor and manage groups of Program Managers where appropriate. . . These are the qualifications we’re looking for. . . 8-10 years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, consulting, and/or digital agency. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. . Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. . Experience managing multi-tier projects is a plus. . Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to monitor and report on project status, budgets, schedules, and resource management. . Understanding of user experience and best practices. . Excellent oral and written communication skills. . Experience working with key stakeholders across multiple levels and disciplines. . Ability to work in an environment where change is constant and adapt accordingly. . .
