Structured around two strategic pillars (Nubankers Experience and BUs Efficiency) this team manages the core technology infrastructure and services that power our operations, from individual user experience (Service Management, Device Management, IT Workplace and Nubankers Platform) to enterprise-wide systems (Enterprise Apps, Productivity Systems and Biz Automation Hub). This includes both directly supporting our workforce with essential tools and enhancing the efficiency of our business units through advanced applications and automation. We are seeking a visionary and customer-obsessed Global IT Sec Director to lead our critical IT functions. This strategic role will be instrumental in redefining our approach to employee technology experience and driving efficiency across our business units. You will lead a substantial and impactful organization, setting clear strategic direction, scaling operations, and fostering an innovative culture that prioritizes empowering our employees. . .  . . Key responsibilities and Expectations. . . Define and execute a clear strategy for IT Sec, inspiring the team to challenge the status quo and innovate solutions that make working easier for all Nubankers.. . Oversee all aspects of employee work setup and support, including laptops, equipment, application installation, service management, and workplace environment across all offices. Elevate the help desk experience to be proactive, practical, and highly effective, ensuring staff possess deep knowledge of the tools they support.. . Lead teams supporting critical enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP), productivity systems (e.g., Slack, Workspace), and business automation through bots, driving efficiency and innovation for horizontal business units.. . Lead efforts to scale IT operations globally, ensuring seamless technology provision for new hires and offices across all countries. This includes navigating the nuances of international logistics and distributed work environments.. . Foster a high-performing culture within the team, balancing capabilities and empowering individuals to excel in their mission to provide world-class support.. . Collaborate closely with major horizontal business units, including finance and HR, and ensure optimal productivity and workplace environment for all employees.. . .  . . Qualifications. . Professional Experience & Education. :. . . High Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).. . 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong foundation as a hands-on IT engineer.. . Proven experience as a visionary leader within an IT function, with a track record of setting strategy, scaling operations, and driving significant organizational impact.. . Demonstrated experience in fast-scaling environments, particularly with international logistics and supporting global, distributed workforces.. . Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or corporate security is a significant plus.. . .  . . Competences & Attributes:. . . Fluency in English is mandatory.. . Excellent people management skills with experience leading a substantial organization, including developing and inspiring senior leaders and individual contributors.. . A deeply customer-obsessed approach, with a passion for improving the technology experience for employees and a commitment to service excellence.. . Strong understanding of enterprise applications, productivity systems, and business automation technologies.. .
