Lead Programme Manager. plays a pivotal role in both the Strategy and Provision of Landmark Group products, applications, tools and services to our customers, primarily this will lead the . LVS Customer Migrations. programme. You will also take on line management responsibilities of various roles within the PMO. This will include having regular 1-2-1s as well as making sure the Project Managers under their mentorship are aligned to the PMO Remarkable principles as well as ensuring that they’re meeting their goals and personal objectives.. . The Lead Programme Manager oversees the successful completion of multiple complex internal Landmark Group projects within a division and will take a key role in supporting the Lead Product Managers in setting the strategy for delivering priority products. Their primary duties include setting programme goals, tasks and timelines, reviewing progress and adjusting as necessary.. . Projects managed will be either creating new applications or completing enhancements on existing products followed by roll-out to external and internal customers. Both Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies will be used as appropriate based on the project size and type, and during delivery significant internal and external customer interaction will be required.. . The Lead Programme Manager will be responsible for identifying and reporting on dependencies on projects within the Division and critical Risks, Issues and their associated Mitigations and Actions. The role will be responsible for supplying effective communications to our Senior Leadership Team within monthly and quarterly reviews.. . About You. . The Lead Programme Manager will need previous experience in a similar role, managing complex projects and leading a team. . . Previous experience in Software Development, including an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).. . Experience of leading customer migrations.. . Accomplished Prince 2 and Agile methodologies. . Risk management experience.. . Line management including coaching experience.. . Experienced in presenting to Senior Leadership.. . Experienced in managing escalations.. . Experienced in presenting processes within audits.. . Able to effectively communicate with team, peers and internal Landmark management. Able to explain scheduling, prioritisa6tion and mange discussions involving conflicting requirements with key contacts.. . .
