Bring your expertise in compensation to our dynamic marketing and technology agency. In this key role, you will help drive data-driven decisions, generate insights, and support organizational growth. You will manage the design and implementation of people analytics solutions that enhance workforce planning, optimize talent, and improve employee experience in a fast-moving, client-centric environment.. . Be Accountable and Responsible. . . Analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate the competitiveness of pay structure and salary ranges. . Support the administration of compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus planning and salary adjustments. . Assist with preparing compensation recommendations as needed. . Partner with Talent Acquisition on updated job descriptions and how they align with salary structures. . Conduct evaluations and benchmarking roles against market data using compensation surveys and other tools. . Manage data governance and ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency and privacy across all HR systems while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. . Lead and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards partnering with Finance to report on key HR metrics such as turnover and attrition, retention, DE&I, engagement, headcount, and compensation trends. . Maintain external compensation platforms to ensure up to date leveling, salary ranges and responsibilities are captured for accurate benchmarking. . Analyze HR data and trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership to enhance talent acquisition, workforce planning, benefits, employee performance, and organizational effectiveness. . Educate others on data interpretation and usage, fostering a culture of data literacy across the organization. . Identify and implement advanced analytics methodologies, predictive modeling, and workforce simulations to solve complex business problems.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and technologies, recommending enhancements to align with industry best practices. . Monitor and benchmark HR data strategies against industry standards to ensure organizational competitiveness. . Leverage our HRIS, ATS and Compensation platforms to unify data and drive better decision-making. . . These are the qualifications we’re looking for. . . Minimum 5 years of HR analytics experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or tech agency environment. . Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. . Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R). . Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Lattice) is required. . Familiarity with compensation tools (e.g., CompTool, Culpepper). . Proven ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership in a clear and impactful way. . Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data-driven ideas into actionable strategies and recommendations for diverse audiences. . .
