Align with Product Marketing on personas (CHRO, C-suite), messaging, and competitive landscape.. . Define initial KPIs for ramp time, quota attainment, adoption, and enablement impact.. . . By 60 Days – Early Execution & Alignment. . . Design and launch an integrated enablement framework for Sales, CSMs, SDRs, and Partners.. .
