Build and improve custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, JavaScript). . Design and maintain triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and integrations. . Partner with stakeholders to translate real business needs into elegant technical solutions. . Continuously improve, refactor, and optimize our Salesforce architecture. . Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely, professional manner. . . What you bring. . . 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. . Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs. . Solid understanding of platform architecture, limits, and best practices. . Clean coding mindset – reusable, maintainable, and well-documented. . Fluent in English (Czech is a plus but not required). . .
