Facilitate 30-40 minute . intake calls. and brief . program check-ins. via Zoom.. . Support participants in our . 12-week digital program. through secure clinical chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant per week).. . Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback to improve our tools and outcomes.. . Track participant progress using our digital platform and maintain clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.. . . . What You’ll Bring. . . Doctoral or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy).. . Full, independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in California (multi-state licensure a plus).. . 3+ years of post-licensure experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout.. . Training in . CBT, mindfulness-based therapy. , and evidence-based care.. . Cultural competence, clinical excellence, and compassion.. .
