This global account has experienced large scale growth over the last . 2. years and is continuing to expand.. . The Senior Digital Project Manager will work closely with clients to ensure that digital projects are scoped accurately. They will . establish. timelines, . budgets. and work cross functionally to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly. . . The right candidate for this role will also be working very closely with technology leads outlining and implementing our enhanced digital delivery process.. . . What you will be doing: . . . This globally resolute team is . comprised. of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, content strategists, copy editors and video producers. The team also partners closely with Mexico, Chennai, the UK, and Asia.. . . . . Be the project management lead for all technical aspects of digital projects and manage multiple fast-paced projects with short turnarounds to successfully produce and deliver integrated projects and work streams. . . Successfully produce and deliver integrated projects and work streams. . Prioritize workflows for a team of strategists, creatives, technologists, product people, and account services to ensure deadlines and client needs are met. . Thrive in a highly flexible, adaptive, creative, collaborative and interdepartmental environment, alongside multi-disciplinary peers with the ability to leverage multiple perspectives as pillars for innovation. . Work with creative, technical, UX and strategy department leads to identify the scope, concept ideas, production, and delivery to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed. . Develop timelines and budgets (scopes/SOWs) to ensure proposed concepts and ideas are executable . . Successfully articulate digital solutions and/or processes in a simple and engaging way (both internally and client-side) . . Have exceptional project management skills, ability to work with and coordinate with several different team members, stakeholder, and vendor partners . . Understand relevant content management systems and use this information to draft technical requirements for your projects in collaboration with your project team . . Work closely with the development team leads to ensure our developers deliver products and features that meet these stakeholder and technical requirements . . Demonstrate a passion for understanding, analyzing, and meeting the needs of your customers and serve as their voice to product people and engineers . . Lead delivery of cross-functional projects throughout all lifecycle phases (initiation, scoping, execution, and release), change and risk management, and ongoing product maintenance . . Clear focus on deadlines and ability to motivate cross functional partners to hit those deadlines so delivery stays on track . . Establish excellent working relationships with all partners to ensure blockers and dependencies can be quickly identified and resolved . . Drive constant process improvements across the digital studio, engineering and client teams with a focus on increasing organization, transparency, and efficiency . . Work with cross functional teams such as technology, business, marketing and operations to manage multiple projects that have conflicting needs and priorities, using an Agile development framework, from concept to launch . . Strive constantly to improve and establish a new bar in performance (using objective metrics) in project execution. . . . What you need to be great in this role:. . . . Minimum of a 5-year degree in computer science, information systems or business OR equivalent project management experience (Digital Agency preferred). . . Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking. . . Experience with managing. . cross-functional projects . medium-to-large scale development and campaign projects from scope to delivery. . . Experience and knowledge of Strategy, Experience Design, Visual Design and Development best practices. . . Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software . technologies. and user trends; experience working - with modern front-end development frameworks a plus. . . Experience with enterprise content management systems (CMS), especially AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Figma is a plus. . . Working Knowledge of Jira, web-based tools, and MS Office Suite. . . Familiarity of how Adobe Analytics. works and SEO collaboration with Analysts. . . Ability to . identify. gaps in process and define solutions. . Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile) and proper application of them. . . Experience with resourcing and allocation management for projects. . . Experience with interpreting client requests and concepts into clear/defined deliverables and projects. . . Experience with presenting approaches and solutions to internal and external parties. . . Experience with . scoping, . estimates, budgeting, and . financial management. of projects. . . Previous. experience managing clients in a digital agency with project management focus. . .
