Track record of shipping successful products at scale, with measurable impact on user outcomes, revenue growth, and business results.. . Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and data-driven decision making.. . Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams and navigate complex technical tradeoffs.. . Strong track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders regardless of your position within the corporate hierarchy.. . Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategies and actionable plans.. . Demonstrated success defining product vision and translating it into executable roadmaps.. . Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive leadership.. . Natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams and functions.. . Thrives in distributed, asynchronous work environments and can drive alignment across time zones and cultures.. . Understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including hosting, sitebuilding, plugins, and developer tools.. . Experience with Open Source communities and development practices a plus.. . Familiarity with web publishing, content management, or creator economy trend preferred.. . .
