MoneySmart generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are actively seeking personal loans. Your mission will be to promptly contact these leads, understand their loan needs, compare across both bank and licensed MoneyLender options, and advise them on the best-suited product for their circumstances. You will guide them through the full application process and follow up until the loan is secured.. . This role is central to improving loan approval success rates by helping customers who may not qualify with banks but are well-suited for alternative MoneyLender products. You are expected to provide responsive, consultative, and trustworthy advice to help customers make the right decision.. . You will be working closely with our Head of Commercial and Personal Loan vertical leads to drive sales excellence, improve funnel conversion, and foster a positive customer-centric culture. Leads will be fully provided by the company, with an attractive monthly incentive structure, annual leave, and EPF contributions. This is a remote-work role with full training on product knowledge and advisory processes provided.. . In a nutshell, you will be:. . . Providing timely and excellent customer service to customers seeking personal loans.. . Advising customers on loan eligibility across banks and licensed MoneyLenders, simplifying complex terms and recommending the most suitable products for their needs. . Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets while maximising lead potential.. . Educating customers on differences between bank loans and ML loans to build trust and confidence.. . Manage customer interactions digitally (phone/email/chat), ensuring accurate records are maintained in CRM systems. . Ensure strict adherence to compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.. . Following each customer’s loan journey through to application completion.. . Liaising with banks and MoneyLenders on product terms, offers, and approvals as needed.. . . All leads will be provided by the company. No face-to-face interactions with customers required.. . Requirements:. . . At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in personal loan sales, banking, or licensed moneylenders.. . Experience selling across . multiple loan products and lenders. is strongly preferred (aligned with MoneySmart’s comparison model).. . Highly sales-oriented and target-driven.. . Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa would be an advantage.. . Strong product knowledge of personal loans and lending processes in Singapore. . Able to work under pressure to meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.. . Resilient, persistent, and able to build trust with customers who may hesitate to consider non-bank loan options.. . Proficient in using CRM tools and handling administrative processes accurately.. .
