WHAT YOU WILL DO. . . Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent in APAC. . Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from the initial point of contact through to onboarding.. . Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, feedback exchange, managing the offer process, and facilitating smooth onboarding.. . Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers across various teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration.. . Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to engage the best talent, ensuring you are using the right approach for each hiring need.. . Craft engaging and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the unique aspects of each role and the company’s culture.. . Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, universities, meetups, and other key events to build a strong network and attract top talent.. . . WHAT YOU WILL NEED. . . Integrity is paramount – It’s the foundation of everything we do.. . 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, ideally within fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors.. . Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued.. . A self-starter who is motivated, tenacious, and driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining a high sense of urgency.. . Proven track record of delivering results with exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and follow-through.. . Ability to identify and address challenges, driving meaningful change where needed.. . A natural people person who can engage with candidates at all levels, exhibiting a flexible, fearless attitude and excitement about building something meaningful.. .
