This role sits within the People Team and reports to the Director, People Partnerships Strategic Delivery. As an Associate Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening how we scale enablement across the People Partnerships team (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations).. . You will own both the coordination backbone of our enablement programs and independently manage smaller projects that elevate the learner experience, maintain knowledge accuracy, and reinforce best practices. By driving executional excellence, program rigor, and forward-looking improvements (including how AI and automation can enhance delivery), you’ll free senior program managers to focus on high-impact strategy while strengthening the overall impact of the People Team. This is an early-in-career role with room to grow, offering the chance to develop L&D expertise, lead projects, and shape how our teams deliver People programs to Twilio.. . Responsibilities. . In this role, you’ll:. . . Own the scheduling, logistics, and communications for enablement sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs within the People Partnerships team. . Create and update training assets such as slides, facilitator guides, job aids, microlearnings, and short videos in partnership with enablement program managers. . Ensure training materials, documentation, and resources are accurate, accessible, and consistently updated. . Manage learner reminders, surveys, knowledge checks and follow-up activities to drive completion and engagement. . Apply L&D best practices to review and refine materials produced by COEs and program owners (for ex: editing presentations for flow and and audience impact). . Independently lead smaller enablement projects such as the TA SME learning series, follow-up practice sessions (e.g., role plays) after launches, and micro-learning efforts or self-service resources. . Facilitate parts of trainings as needed and occasionally lead smaller sessions independently. . Look ahead to identify and pilot opportunities — such as AI, automation, new tools, templates, and processes — that streamline enablement delivery, enhance scalability, and elevate the learner experience. . Collect and analyze participation, performance, and feedback data to evaluate program effectiveness. . Identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps in enablement delivery and surface recommendations. . . Required:. . . 1+ years of experience in program coordination, learning, operations, or program support. . Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and timelines at once. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. . Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and build enablement and program/project management expertise. . . Desired:. . . Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional design concepts and tools like Articulate 360 (Rise), and adult learning principles. . Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Airtable). . Prior exposure to talent, HR, or enablement functions in a fast-paced environment. . Experience creating or refining enablement materials (e.g., guides, toolkits, playbooks). . Experience handling data and reporting; comfortable compiling insights and trends. . . Location. .
