Oversee . month-end close. processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.. . Ensure compliance with . GAAP. and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare and private equity-backed businesses.. . Assist in . budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. to support strategic decision-making.. . Manage . accounts payable and receivable. , ensuring timely processing and accuracy.. . Support . audit preparation. and liaise with external auditors.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.. . Maintain and enhance . internal controls. to safeguard company assets.. . Utilize . ERP systems. (NetSuite) for accurate financial tracking.. . . Qualifications. . Education Requirements:. . . Bachelor’s degree. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.. .
