As an Account Executive, you will apply best-in-class pipeline generation techniques to identify new prospects within the Digital Native, Media, gaming, and fast-growing startup sectors. You will be responsible for solution pitching, deal management, negotiations, and closing a high number of opportunities. Using your passion and knowledge of both DoiT’s services and the customer's chosen technology (AWS/GCP), you will drive expansion of the business.. .  . . Responsibilities. . . Drive Revenue & Strategic Growth. . . Exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline goals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience for all prospects.. . Develop and execute a compelling territory strategy to identify and accelerate new business growth opportunities.. . Achieve strategic business objectives by managing and leading the entire customer business cycle from initial engagement to contract close.. . Ensure the highest standard of forecast accuracy in Salesforce, as well as in all customer proposals and contracts.. . . Cultivate Partnerships & Solutions. . . Collaborate strategically with AWS/GCP Executives and Partner Managers to maximise joint business results and cultivate high-value opportunities.. . Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply exploring and understanding complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.. . Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solution Engineering to architect and propose tailored solutions that precisely meet customer expectations.. . . Lead Demand Generation. . . Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Business Development teams to design, plan, and execute successful lead demand generation campaigns, from initial conception through to post-launch analysis.. . . Travel. . . Willingness to travel 30-40% per month to facilitate AWS/GCP meetings, attend industry events, and meet with customers.. . . . Qualifications. . . . Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese, both written and verbal. . BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.. . 3-5 years of business development / quota-carrying sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.. . Proven experience selling cloud products/services.. . Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. . High degree of self-discipline and experience of using CRM systems and sales forecasting. . Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for AWS products.. . An entrepreneur at heart who is independent, curious, creative and passionate Networker with the ability to create, join and grow social circles and partnerships easily, with the ability to build influential relationships and to deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment. . Self-organized, Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious. . Analytical, Data-driven, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.. . Ability to effectively operate with flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment... . A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work. . . .  . .
