Requirements:. . . Minimum of five years in federal budget execution and/or accounting. . Deep knowledge of OMB Circular A-132, federal accounting standards, Interagency Agreements (G-Invoicing), and the full spectrum of federal budget execution processes—from appropriation to disbursement. . Advanced quantitative, accounting, and financial analysis skills, with expert-level proficiency in tools such as Excel. . Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, conduct research, identify anomalies, and deliver actionable recommendations aligned with organizational goals. . Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.. Recognized as a technical expert and problem-solver on complex program and financial issues. . Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. . Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. . .
